PREREQUISITES
Uzbekistan is experiencing a stage of active urbanization: the population of cities is growing, the demand for housing, public spaces, and modern infrastructure solutions is growing. At the same time, architecture is increasingly perceived not only as aesthetics or utilitarian function, but also as strategic capital that shapes the value of the territory, the competitiveness of the city, and its attractiveness for investors. In the context of global competition for investments, regional cities need new approaches - where architecture becomes not an expense, but an asset: through energy efficiency and reduced operating costs, through improving the quality of the urban environment, through the formation of an image that attracts business, tourism, and talented specialists. Thus, investments in architecture are not just investments in buildings, but also in economic growth, sustainable development, and social stability.
The forum raises the question: how to make architecture a tool for long-term capital rather than a costly item, and what models can be applied in Uzbekistan's cities for this transition.
RELEVANCE

- Architecture as a strategic resource. Modern cities compete not only in terms of their economy but also in the quality of their architectural environment. Architecture is becoming a factor of investment attractiveness, image, and sustainable development.

- Lack of expertise integration. Today, architects, developers, investors, and authorities work scattered. The forum creates a platform for dialogue and the development of common approaches.

EVENT GOALS

- Consolidation of Tashkent's leading urban planning specialists and exchange of experience;

Show architecture as capital. To explain that quality architecture is a long-term asset that increases the value of real estate and investment attractiveness.

- Attract investments. Present successful practices and models for financing projects in architecture and urban development, stimulating capital inflow to the region;

- By attracting architectural industry stars, to demonstrate the prospects of Uzbekistan as one of the centers for the development of the architectural industry;

- To form a general agenda. To unite representatives of government, business, architects, urbanists, and investors to find joint solutions for urban development.
