At the same time, architecture is increasingly perceived not only as aesthetics or utilitarian function, but also as strategic capital that shapes the value of the territory, the competitiveness of the city, and its attractiveness for investors. In the context of global competition for investments, regional cities need new approaches - where architecture becomes not an expense, but an asset: through energy efficiency and reduced operating costs, through improving the quality of the urban environment, through the formation of an image that attracts business, tourism, and talented specialists. Thus, investments in architecture are not just investments in buildings, but also in economic growth, sustainable development, and social stability.
